What we store when you join the waitlist, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Bartosz Moczulajtys, Polish tax ID (NIP) 7922244725, address: ul. Dzikiej Kaczki 15, 03-149 Warszawa, Poland. You can reach us at bartmstudio@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address — so we can write to you when early access opens.
- Your demo answers, if you filled them in: business name, one-sentence description, how you sell and the chosen look — so we can start from what was already entered.
- The language of the page used to sign up.
- Technical server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, time of the visit) — for security.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Contacting you about early access and keeping your demo answers: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who processes it
The site and the form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Transfers to the US are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Netlify participates, and on standard contractual clauses. We don’t share your data with anyone else and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Until we open early access in your language and for 12 months afterwards, or until you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing. Write to the contact address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live. Our lead authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.
